An acute monocytic leukemia with a leukocyte count of
350⋅109/L
and 50% blasts. In the peripheral blood, a lot of promonocytes, atypical monocytes and almost classical monoblasts can be seen. The presence of various monocytic maturation stages can be seen in the flowcytometry results.
